I have made this meat loaf for years and company just loves it, especially the topping. It's simple to make and goes great with mashed potatoes and gravy!

This was wonderful. It was the perfect texture, which is so important in meatloaf. There was just enough "filler" to keep it together, but it still tasted meaty and delicious. This is basically a great Mom's Old Fashioned Meatloaf recipe. I might experiment once in a while with "fancier" meatloaf, like Italian or Mexican, Stuffed, or Gourmet. But this is the one I'm always going back to. This is old fashioned meatloaf at its best. A must try. I'm keeping this one and will use it often.
