WOW! We really enjoyed this different way to prepare meatloaf. I've tried many variations, but never one using gravy. The gravy and letting it sit overnight really makes this unique and extremely flavorful. Flavorful and moist. I highly recommend this recipe to everyone. Thanks for sharing it, Chef janell.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 907.18 g ground beef
  • 340.19 g jarheinz savory beef gravy
  • 4 slice white bread
  • 1 egg
  • 118.29 ml shredded carrot
  • 118.29 ml minced onion


  1. Mix all together and let set in frig covered over night.
  2. Bake 325 for 60 min or until internal temp reaches 165F.
