  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar heinz savory beef gravy
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup shredded carrot
  • 12 cup minced onion

directions

  • Mix all together and let set in frig covered over night.
  • Bake 325 for 60 min or until internal temp reaches 165F.

I am a grandma. I have always been drawn to cooking. I am the only girl in a bunch of 7. I have 3 older brothers and 3 younger brothers. I was smak dab in the middle. Being the only girl I have done lots of get to gethers with family. Most of us are still around in South Dakota but a few have moved away. We farm ful time. I also have my dream job. I am a cook at a hunt preserve. I love it. It is a high end hunting preserve where men come to just be treated like family. We have a great time, lots of good food and hunting.
