This meatloaf is great for picky eaters. It is moist and even people that don't usually like meatloaf like this.
- 2 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 1 (4 ounce) package saltine crackers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup

- Mix all the ingredients except for the ketchup, in a large mixing bowl. You will need to use your hands to do this.
- Once it is all mixed place the mixture in a large loaf pan. Then spread the ketchup over the top of the loaf.
- Place the pan in a preheated over of 375 degrees and cook for about 1 to 1.5 hours. Depends on your oven. Check it after an hour then every 15 minutes after that.
