This was just as good, as I thought it would be AZPARZYCH. Comfort food at its finest, quick and easy to make with terrific results. My dh was in flavor heaven. Made exactly as written. Simply perfect served with mashed potatoes and cabbage. Thanks for sharing.

  1. Mix first ten ingredients until well incorporated (use your hands for best results).
  2. Add more tomato sauce a little at a time if meatloaf mixture is too dry.
  3. Spray bottom and sides of loaf pan with cooking spray.
  4. Place meatloaf into pan and shape into bread loaf shape.
  5. Pour remaining ¼ cup tomato sauce over top of loaf.
  6. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until juices run clear or meat is no longer pink when you cut into it.
