This is a wonderful and easy meatloaf recipe.

  1. Meatloaf: Mix all ingredients together place in a loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  2. Glaze: While meatloaf is cooking place ingredients for glaze in a sauce pan and cook on stove top until the brown sugar is dissolved.
  3. When meatloaf is done, pour over the top and bake an additional 10 minutes.

This meatloaf is good, easy to prepare and a nice change of pace from the classic savory ketchup-based meatloaf I usually make. My husband and I both really like the sauce; and I don't even like mustard. I will be making it in regular rotation. Thank you!

This was a very good recipe. The glaze was absolutely delicious! When I was looking over the ingredients for the meatloaf, I felt like there wouldn't be much flavor (I'm big on herbs/spices), so I decided to add some Montreal Steak Seasoning for the pepper/salt/garlic flavor. It turned out great, and the whole family enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing! I like that the recipe is simple to put together.

This was a very tasty and moist meatloaf recipe with a delicious mixture of ingredients. I opted not to use the mustard in the glaze plus I used seasoned panko bread crumbs. Thanks for posting. Made for PAC Fall 2009.
