This meatloaf is good, easy to prepare and a nice change of pace from the classic savory ketchup-based meatloaf I usually make. My husband and I both really like the sauce; and I don't even like mustard. I will be making it in regular rotation. Thank you!
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mustard (optional)

- Meatloaf: Mix all ingredients together place in a loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Glaze: While meatloaf is cooking place ingredients for glaze in a sauce pan and cook on stove top until the brown sugar is dissolved.
- When meatloaf is done, pour over the top and bake an additional 10 minutes.
