Loved the flavors but my sourdough bun fell apart. Maybe will try warming them in the oven to melt the cheese. Served with macaroni salad for meatless Mon.
Oh so good! I love how you make your own olive salad that's fresh!! I used whatever olives I had on hand. I did add just a little salami for my DH. He loved it!!!
i made them for my dw who does not like olives or vegetables at all -- so the fact that she ate this at all was amazing. she thought it was a little on the tangy side, and could have used an extra slice of cheese, but it could not have been that bad as she said i could make these again
Oh this is delish! So easy to make as well. I used a vegan nut cheese and a rustic olive bread, both from the farmers market. I also added some tomatoes and cooked the peppers myself. A filling and quick suppr. Thanks for posting, we will make this again for sure. Made for the October 08 veggie swap.
This explodes with flavor-I didn't miss the meat at all! The relish is delicious on its own and would be nice in all kinds of sandwiches! The fat grams are not as bad as it looks in the Facts since the oil is drained from the artichokes and peppers. Also I used a low fat provolone. Bring New Orleans to your panini maker!
