  1. Love this recipe. It's super easy. I first made it for an office potluck. I wanted something in a crockpot but I didn't want to bring the same old meatballs everyone else makes. These were such a hit!! They are really great for appetizers. If being used as a main dish with rice or something I would want more sauce but I've only made these for potlucks so it's worked out well. I call them Thai Meatballs when signing up for the potluck as the chili paste/peanut/soy blend is similar to what many would recognize as Thai. I also end up using frozen italian meatballs every time as my grocery store doesn't have much of a selection but the little bit of italian spices in the meatballs doesn't seem to conflict with the recipe. Everyone raves, every time. Thanks for a great recipe.

  2. DW and I liked this but there was one small problem. The recipe as written doesn't make enough sauce. The next time I make this, and there will be a next time, I will double the recipe for the sauce and possible add more chili paste. Made for ZWT6. Voracious Vagabonds.
