cut in half worked great still with one egg used only beef still worked great i love this recipe everyone should try it zaar tour 6

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Soak bread crumbs in milk.
  2. Mix all remaiing meatball ingredients except butter.
  3. Form into walnut sized meatballs.
  4. Brown them well in the butter.
  5. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
  6. Sauce:
  7. Saute onions in butter until carmelized.
  8. Blend in flour and salt.
  9. Slowly add milk and beef broth.
  10. Stir until it thickens somewhat.
  11. Pour over meatballs and serve.
