- 1 lb sausage (any kind)
- 2 lbs hamburger (your choice)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup onion (chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup corn flakes (crushed)
- 1 cup evaporated milk

- 1 (14 ounce) bottle ketchup
- 12 ounces chili sauce (use only half jar)
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 5 ounces steak sauce
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup beer
- 1 teaspoon oil
directions
- Mix meatballs and shape, place in sheet pan and cook at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Combine sauce and pour over meatballs. Heat in pan.
- Serve.
