Given to me by a Scottish friend, many years ago.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 12 cup cracker crumb
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 jar Ragu tomato sauce (or any sauce to your liking, I prefer Diana BBQ sauce)


  1. Mix hamburger and other ingredients together.
  2. Make into meatballs.
  3. Pour sauce over the top.
  4. I use a slow cooker but can be done in the oven.
  5. If using the oven set at 350 degrees.
