    Gravy

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Except for the flour and oil mix all of the meatball ingredients.
    2. 2
      Form into balls the size of walnuts; roll in flour; brown in oil.
    3. 3
      Place meatballs in baking dish and set aside.
    4. 4
      To make the gravy, discard all but 2 Tbls of fat.
    5. 5
      Brown flour in remaining fat and gradually add the rest of the gravy ingredients.

      Stir with a whisk to make smooth.
    7. 7
      Pour the gravy over the meatballs.
    8. 8
      Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
