I make these for spaghetti and they make the meal.
- 1 lb ground round
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Mix everything up with your hands and form into meatballs.
- Cook in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Cut one open to check for doneness.
This was very easy to make. I like spicy food so I added some cyanne. My 2.5 yr old son loved them in his spaghetti! Will deffinatly make these again :) Thanks for the recipe.
Made these tonight, and both my husband and I thought they were great! Thanks for sharing the recipe. (We are also spicy food lovers and I added a little cayenne for some kick.)
