Oh, is this good! Some of the cheese leaked out a little bit, but that was okay because the cheese browned, and it was awesome. The Watkins Meat Magic is good! A couple points, however. If you are using really lean meat, you'll need to heat up a little oil in place of drippings for the flour. Also, you may want to use a little steam at some point in the cooking. I kept seeing some pink until I did that. It was hard to get all the little corners. A more experienced meatball baker would know how to do it. Thanks for a wonderful dinner!
