this is very good, and easy to make. When we have friends over i have to fry some onions in nonstick pan, and add to pizza that the way they like meatballs & onions.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (12 inch) pizza crusts (such as boboli)
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar pizza sauce
  • 1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 ounces frozen meatballs, or use homemade meatballs
  • 14 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning


  1. preheat oven 400F degrees.
  2. place pizza crust on ungreased pizza pan.
  3. spread 1 cup sauce over crust.
  4. sprinkle 1 cup cheese.
  5. now in small bowl toss meatballs with remaining sauce, then put on crust.
  6. sprinkle with rest of cheese, then italian seasoning.
  7. bake until cheese is melted and bubbly about 20 minutes.

Loved the meatballs on a pizza. I used homemade meatballs from the freezer that I sliced in half and added cut side down on the pizza. I also used a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.

No bad ...but not worthy of 5 stars!!! I wish that there were some vegetables on it! Five stars for how easy it is! I used Trader Joes fresh pizza dough ...which I can't say I was totally crazy about! Since there is only DH and myself, next time, I would cut the recipe in half and use my own pizza dough.
