This is a wonderful little appetizer we serve after Christmas Midnight Mass in our house.

Did not use the meat ingredients but did make the sauce. No one in my family could get pass the vinegar taste. I liked it.

  1. Meatballs: Mix all ingredients and form into 1" meatballs.
  2. Sauce: Mix well and pour over meatballs.
  3. Bake at 325 F.
  4. for 1 hour.
  5. Baste frequently.
