"A very good tasting meat loaf that is good served with mashed potatoes and either gravy or ketchup on the side."

ingredients

• 680.38 g pork, beef, and veal combo
• 1 large onion, grated
• 1 carrot, grated
• 1 egg, beaten
• 118.29 ml instant oat meal
• 118.29 ml plain breadcrumbs
• 14.79 ml tomato paste
• 59.14 ml fresh parsley
• 4.92 ml italian seasoning or 4.92 ml your favorite dried herbs
• 4.92 ml salt
• 1.23 ml pepper
• 59.14 ml half-and-half or 59.14 ml milk
• ketchup

directions

1. Combine all of the ingredients together, except the ketchcup, and place in a meatloaf shape pan (9X5X2 1/2).
2. Spread some ketchup on the top.
3. Put into a preheated 350 degree oven and cook for 1 hour.
4. Serve with your sides.
