I used these sauces for a fondue party celebrating my sister's 30th birthday, and all were a great hit! I was even asked for the recipe to the soy sauce! It was the first time I'd made meat fondue and was nervous about everything turning out just right, and it did. People were lined up waiting for the next cubes of meat to come out of the pot! Make sure when making the soy sauce that you mix the soy and cornstarch together before adding to the pan. Otherwise you get a very clumpy mess (I had a friend misread the directions and forget to do this step, which meant we started it over).

The Auroe Sauce was the kid's fav. the Curry was mine and the Soy was DH fav. The dill was OK. Will make them again.
