I cannot remember where I got this from, and most likely it contains our own family adjustments. Great with tomato, bbq or sweet and sour sauce. Can be made in bulk and frozen.

  1. Combine, roll into balls, coat in combined cornflour and chicken stock powder.
  2. Spray with cooking spray, bake at 180 C for 15 mins or until cooked, turning once. Time will depend on size of meat balls. Can be panfried in olive oil but this will increase fat content.

Wonderfully easy and great flavors! I think this is the first time I've baked meatballs! I easily scaled this down to 1/4. Thanks, RubberDucky AU! Made for PAC Spring 09.

I really enjoyed these. They were like miniature meatloafs! The coating gave it a nice flavor and slight crispiness. Might try the rest with a sauce. I placed them on parchment paper instead of using cooking spray. Made for PAC Spring 2008.
