Nothing healthier for you than whole fruits and vegetables. Forget buying hyped, expensive "shakes". Get a good blender, some fresh organic fruits and vegetables, and enjoy! This one is light and bright tasting. Probably one of my favorites so far.
- Add ice, frozen bananas, celery, and carrots to the blender (I use a 48 year old Vitamix) first, then add the rest.
- Use the tamper to tamp down.
- Makes 1 big serving or two small.
