    Nothing healthier for you than whole fruits and vegetables. Forget buying hyped, expensive "shakes". Get a good blender, some fresh organic fruits and vegetables, and enjoy! This one is light and bright tasting. Probably one of my favorites so far.

      Add ice, frozen bananas, celery, and carrots to the blender (I use a 48 year old Vitamix) first, then add the rest.

      Use the tamper to tamp down.
