These were delicious. I made them as a once a month cooking dish and they work great for freezing! At 3-1/2 minutes they do look like McDonald's fries, light in color. We like ours a little darker, so I went another 2 minutes. Perfect!
I was pleasantly surprised at how tender and crispy these french fries were. I doubled the recipe with no problems. I will definitely make these again. I cannot wait to try the OAMC version.
