These are great! I love McClure's pickles, but they are so expensive ($10/jar) so it's great to be able to make them myself. This recipe is very easy too - it was my first time making pickles and they taste perfect! I did substitute coarse Celtic sea salt for the pickling/kosher salt and it worked well. One of the best things about McClure's pickles is that they are not very salty at all compared to other brands. Delicious!
