OMG, if you try this recipe, you'll never buy it in a bottle ever again! We like garlic so I used a tad more than a small clove and I didn't have buttermilk so I used regular milk to thin it. It was so good I don't think it made a difference. The flavor comes from the Maytag Blue Cheese and that is what what you taste!
This is a great dressing! I only used half the cheese and cut the mayo back to 1/3 cup so that it would be equal to the sour cream. I think I could have done even less mayo, or added more buttermilk to it since it is so thick. This served at least 8 for us. Yum!

This is a great thick blue cheese dressing. It is also very eaasy to make. Made for PAC Fall 2009.
