- 1⁄4 cup fat free vanilla ice cream or 1/4 cup coffee ice cream
- 1 maxwell house vanilla flavor instant cappuccino mix
- 1 cup hot skim milk
directions
- Place ice cream in a large cup or mug.
- Prepare Cappuccino as directed on package, substituting hotmilk for the water.
- Pour over ice cream.
- Serve immediately.
