• 2 (170.09 g) package apricot gelatin
• 473.18 ml boiling water
• 473.18 ml cold water
• 2 large bananas, sliced
• 566.99 g can crushed pineapple
• 236.59 ml colored miniature marshmallows
• 118.29 ml pineapple juice (from reserves)
• 118.29 ml sugar
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 29.58 ml flour
• 14.79 ml butter
• 226.79 g package cream cheese
• 226.79 g container Cool Whip

directions

1. Drain pineapple and reserve juice for topping. Dissolve jello in hot water. Then add cold water. Let partially set. Add crushed pineapple & banana slices and chill in refrigerator.
2. While chilling in refrigerator, prepare topping. Cook pineapple juice, sugar, egg, flour and butter together on the stove. When thick, remove from heat and cool slightly. Fold in cream cheese. Whip prepared topping and fold into mixture. When completely cool, spread on jello mixture.
