Spot-on! DH says it is the best mustard chicken dish he'd ever eaten--and this feeling is shared by myself and DS. Just great. Used Grey Poupon country dijon, and left out the chives and parsley 'cos i didn't have any in the house. Wow. I wish so bad there were leftovers, as I am still wanting just one more bite! Thank you, Caroline Cooks!
Great chicken! This was quick, and produced very moist, tender chicken with a lot of flavor. Thanks for a really nice weeknight dinner!
We really enjoyed this chicken! It was messy, but overall, easy and quick to make. I subbed Kraft parm cheese (sorry!) and dried herbs and it was still great. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, salad and peas, it made for a great supper! Thanks so much for posting! I will definitely make again!
Made this for dinner tonight and it was absolutely wonderful! Everyone in my family raved and made me promise to make it again! I served it with carrots and asparagus, roasted potatoes and chicken gravy. Thanks for this!
Very good!!! And easy too!
This was delicous! Wonderful flavor from the breading. I didn't even have the fresh parsley or chives and it was good. I just used dried parsley. I made it with some spaetzle and everyone loved it!
This was excellent! I'm just figuring out chicken and how to make skinless breasts without them being dry and this was the juiciest, most tender chicken I have made in a long time! Thank you so much for this recipe.
Oh my!!! This was sooo delicious, it deserves 10 stars my DH says.I think what really makes it is the mustard mixed in with the egg and of course the parmesan mixed in with the crumbs, garlic and parsley! The overall taste is just outstanding and so easy to make. We will be making this again, it also cuts back for two very easily. thanks for sharing a gem!! Just to let you know we had this for supper last again, it was every bit as good as the last time, yummy stuff!!!
This was fantastic. I put the recipe into the Weight Watcher Calculater and it computes to 6 pts. I loved the mustard and parmesan combination, and baking it kept it nice and juicy. My family loved this.
I liked this quite a bit. It was easy and good. I did change it a bit...just in the method of cooking. I used boneless skinless thighs. I didn't beat them down, just rolled them in the ingredients as is. I sprayed a casserole dish with non stick spray, turned the oven on to 400 and baked for about 20 minutes.
