Delicious deep fried shrimp tossed in a spicy volcano sauce! Goes great on salad or as an appetizer!
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (really it is up to you, I like mine hotter)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 20 fried shrimp (the frozen shrimp that come already battered are perfect)

- You can be authentic and use "real" Japanese Mayonnaise (Kewpie), but good old Hellman's works fine too.The Sriracha hot sauce is the secret ingredient (the one with the rooster on the bottle!).
- Mix Sriracha with mayo and paprika. Set aside. Deep fry your shrimp and simply toss the volcano sauce in a mixing bowl with the shrimp.
