ingredients
- ice
- 85.04 g Midori melon liqueur
- 42.52 g malibu coconut rum
- 2 Cointreau liqueur
- pineapple juice (Dole recommended)
- pineapple chunk
- pineapple, leaves
- orange slice, quartered
directions
- Fill two tall glasses with ice. Pour 1 shot melon liqueur over ice in each glass. Add 1/2 shot coconut rum and 1/2 shot Cointreau to each glass. Fill glasses with pineapple juice. If desired, garnish with pineapple wedges, pineapple leaves, and orange slices.

These are wonderful.. make them with Sassy Pineapple Bites from Tasetfully Simple and you have a real "hawaiian pineapple thing" goin on.. These are a great poolside drink.. and you don't realize how many you can drink..
