Thirst quenching! Yeah, ain't Louisiana in the middle of July a hoot.
This was positively fantastic. For the tea, I used a basic black tea and I think that was a good choice. And I made it in early afternoon, intending to have it chilled enough for dinner. But it was so delicious that most of it was gone because I kept sneaking sips throughout the day. It has a wonderful tropical touch to it, so this would be the perfect summer iced tea for any occasion. Thank you for sharing your recipe, Chef 893970. Made for Spring 2013 Pick-A-Chef.
