My grandpa's recipe for a matza and eggs pie.

- Brake Matzas into crude pieces (about 1 inch each) and soak in a bowl of water until Matzas are soft (but not soggy).
- Filter water out and put Matzas in a deep pan. Adds eggs, milk, salt. Mix carefully so Matza's don't break.
- Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side. Flip with the help of a large plate.
