- 73.94 ml light brown sugar
- 73.94 ml white sugar
- 118.32 ml paprika
- 88.74 ml kosher salt
- 14.79 ml chili powder
- 14.79 ml granulated garlic
- 14.79 ml black pepper
- 4.92 ml onion powder
- 4.92 ml cayenne
- 4.92 ml Old Bay Seasoning
directions
- For longer shelf life mix with a little olive oil in the food processor.

Made a batch of this rub mix for a pork butt that I will be cooking for Memorial Day next weekend. To try it out, I used it on some bone-in pork chops --- great combination of flavors. Unfortunately, I didn't have Old Bay on hand so I had to leave it out. I also used less cayenne - just our preference. I'm looking forward to using this rub for my Holiday BBQ. Made for Spring PAC, May, 2014.
