Made a batch of this rub mix for a pork butt that I will be cooking for Memorial Day next weekend. To try it out, I used it on some bone-in pork chops --- great combination of flavors. Unfortunately, I didn't have Old Bay on hand so I had to leave it out. I also used less cayenne - just our preference. I'm looking forward to using this rub for my Holiday BBQ.
