A recipe I remember from my childhood. A light dessert.

Directions

  1. Cut puff pastry sheet into three strips and then the three strips in half.
  2. Bake pastry in a pre-heated oven 180C for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
  3. Let pastry cool.
  4. Spread Jam and Cream on pastry and top with another piece of pastry.
  5. Sift icing sugar on top.

I was about to post a matchsticks recipe, but had to check first, and I must say this the REAL matchstick recipe!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still gonna post mine, but I am going to have to call it something else! I reckon you have to be an aussie!!!!
