A recipe I remember from my childhood. A light dessert.
- Cut puff pastry sheet into three strips and then the three strips in half.
- Bake pastry in a pre-heated oven 180C for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Let pastry cool.
- Spread Jam and Cream on pastry and top with another piece of pastry.
- Sift icing sugar on top.
I was about to post a matchsticks recipe, but had to check first, and I must say this the REAL matchstick recipe!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still gonna post mine, but I am going to have to call it something else! I reckon you have to be an aussie!!!!
