Matcha Glaze for Matcha Cupcakes
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute (blend until very fine)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1⁄4 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons skim milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1⁄8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Beat margarine.
- Mix in splenda, cornstarch and matcha.
- Slowly mix in milk, almond extract and vanilla extract.
- Use additional milk if icing seems too thick.
