      Fabulous recipe! I used Montreal Steak Seasoning instead of plain salt and pepper to season the steak.

      It took me a long time to find this recipe, and i only did because i went to the food network site to find the real name of it before i posted it. People are missing out on the absolute best best best mashed potatos ever, as well as a great hash if they don't try this. Its superb. I will never make mashed potatos any other way unless im on a restricted diet and even then this would be my cheat :D Just imagine the wondrous flavors of your favorite potato skins in an easy mash, then topped by the other goodies..ohhh its heaven. fat heaven but heaven! I would have expected a 100 recviews on this :D its just sooo soo good
