I made these mashed Potato's the other night just as a side dish and thought they were pretty amazing!!! Hope you all enjoy!
- 1 Peel the Potatos.
- 2 cut potatos into small pieces and Boil.
- 3 Put Potatos into a large mixing bowl.
- 4 Microwave butter for about 30 seconds.
- 5 Beat Potatos and until smooth adding butter as you go.
Made for supper tonight, and other than adding a dash of bacon bits to these we enjoyed them.. Love the simplicity to these. Made for I Recommend tag.
I did cut this recipe in half since there were just 4 of us, & then diced the unpeeled potatoes before steaming & mashing them, because we really do like the extra nutrition gained from the peel! Other than that, we were very happy with the resulting, simply plain, delicious potatoes! [Made & reviewed for one of my adopted chefs in this Spring's Pick A Chef event]
