- Peel and boil potatoes drain till all water is out
- in a seperate pot 1/4 cup of white wine reduce it down.
- place pots in a seperate bowl and begin to mash by hand
- add 1/8 cup of chive 1/4 cup of chicken broth and 10 oz of cream cheese
- then add white wine mix till creaming and add a little pepper to taste.
