Basic recipe that everyone should learn
- 3 cups potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1⁄4 cup soya milk
- Boil potatoes until done.
- Mash potatoes, adding canola oil, soya milk, salt & pepper. Mix well.
