I've been making this for about 30 years and it is always a pleaser for crowds. I use swiss and fontina cheeses and sometimes crumble in rosemary. Love it!

  1. Peel, chop, and boil (about 20-25 minutes) the potatoes. Drain.
  2. Mix (preferably with a hand mixer) with cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings.
  3. Mix in two handfuls of shredded cheese.
  4. Pour into a greased pan and top with more shredded cheese.
  5. Cook at 350F until heated (about 30 minutes).
