This was delicious and got raves from my guests. It was a beautiful presentation with the golden crust on top, and very easy to do ahead and then just reheat and serve.

  1. Peel, cook and drain potatoes and mash. Beat cream cheese with half and half. Add potatoes and beat well. Add other ingredients, except melted butter and paprika and beat well.
  2. Place in buttered casserole. Brush top with melted butter. Sprinkle top with paprika. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered.
