We recently had this at a local restuarant. It was so delicious I had to try and replicate it. Two hard could it be? Right? Well, it wasn't hard at all.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Break florets apart and boil till soft.
  2. Drain, then mash.
  3. Add cheese, to taste, but I found that the measurement I've listed works well.
  4. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Mix together well until cheese is melted.
  6. Enjoy!
