Whenever I make this, I just eyeball everything. However, it comes out perfect every single time. I made this for the first time over a year ago and have had it every holiday since and will have it every holiday for a long time. This is absolutely delicious and probably the best way to eat brussel sprouts. I even got my extremely picky nephew to eat it and he loved it, too!! This is the recipe everyone asks me for.

Hubby loved these. They were so easy and the parmesan and cream really did make the shredded brussels sprouts seem mashed. We love roasted brussels sprouts, but this is another great way to prepare them.

This recipe is a keeper! I made it just as was posted. Next time I might add a bit of swiss cheese as suggested. It was wonderful, just as is though. Very good.

Wow!!! This was terrific!! I love Brussels, and finding a new way to serve them is always great. I do like Parsley's idea of using some Swiss Cheese too, and may try that next time for fun, but I loved it the way it was. Thanks for a great recipe Sackville!

Yum! I went to get my cream and found it gone, so used whole milk. It worked well. My DH and I loved it! Thank you!

This is fantastic! A great new and different way to make my favorite veggie! I halved the recipe and used half parmesan cheese and half Swiss cheese (I ran out of parm). I loved the very coarse texture. Who needs a main dish when you have this? Thanx for sharing this simple delicious recipe. I'll be making this again!

I absolutely love brussels sprouts! This recipe was a wonderful new way to eat my favorite vegetable! It was so creamy and tasty! It was really pretty on the plates as well. Went great with roasted chicken. I did not change a thing although I halved the 4 servings and still had more then enough for two. Great Recipe Sackville!

I made this today: quick and very tasty. THanks for posting it - I read it in the paper then lost it and thought I was going to have to guess! I made 500g sprouts instead of 1.5 kg and it still looks like it'll easily feed 4 for Christmas dinner, so I would suggest lowering the quantities.
