This is a delicious curry-like mixture from East Africa. It can be added to any savory East African dish for a burst of authentic flavor. Try it with chicken kebabs and curries.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
This makes a great spice mix. I used in East African Curried Chicken Soup. I could not find peri peri, so I substituted a very hot cayenne. It has a very piquant aroma when sauteed.
