  • Dissolve corn starch and cocoa together in part of cold milk. Heat rest of milk to boiling point.
  • Stir in rest and cook in double boiler for 15 minutes, stirring.
  • Add vanilla. Pour into wet mold or molds.
  • To with whipped cream.
