from "Death by chocolate"
- Dissolve corn starch and cocoa together in part of cold milk. Heat rest of milk to boiling point.
- Stir in rest and cook in double boiler for 15 minutes, stirring.
- Add vanilla. Pour into wet mold or molds.
- To with whipped cream.
Sweet without being sickly sweet. I grew up on blancmange type recipes and this is real comfort food. It's also the type of dessert that I am happy to feed the kids.
