Popcorn balls are staples around the Hill households. Not totally sure how many this makes because they are being eaten before we can count.

Ingredients

  • 473.18 ml brown sugar
  • 396.89 g can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
  • 236.59 ml Karo syrup
  • 118.29 ml margarine
  • 15140.0 ml popped popcorn

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour over 4 gallons of popcorn.
  3. Stir to make sure all the popcorn is covered.
  4. When cooled enough to handle form into balls.
  5. Note: 16 cups=1 gallon 64 cups=4 gallons.
