A long-time favorite in my family. Simple, easy and so comforting.
- 4 potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 small bay leaf
- 1 (1 lb) kielbasa, cut into cubes
- 1 (12 ounce) can milk
- Boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain off half of the water and add milk, creamed corn, onion, bay leaf, and sausage.
- Don't forget to salt and pepper real well.
- Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Serve with French bread.
