Made this for lunch today with cherry tomatoes (the only tomatoes I buy in the winter). You can't beat the simplicity and taste of bruschetta. I loved it.

This bruschetta tastes just as good, if not better, than the kind I eat at a favorite local Italian restaurant. It's such an easy and classic appetizer. It makes a great lunch or snack, too. Thanks for sharing!

Yum! We love bruschetta and this is very nice. I used a baguette and kosher salt. Thanks Hill Family.
