"This recipe is from the kitchen of my friend Mary Ann, it's a quick and easy cake to make. Made in a 13X9 baking pan, so there is always enough to share with your friends. I hope you enjoy this cake as much as I did."

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups self rising flour
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 1⁄2 cups chopped pecans
• 1⁄2 cup coconut

directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients well, pour into a greased and floured 13X9 baking pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
