"I used this for homemade Christmas gifts one year. I put it in decorative jars and put Christmas cloth on top the jar and tied it with a pretty ribbon."

• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 473.18 ml hot chocolate powder
• 473.18 ml Coffee-mate
• 236.59 ml instant coffee
• 177.44 ml sugar
• 2.46 ml cinnamon
• 1.23 ml nutmeg

directions

1. Combine all ingredients together well.
2. Add 2 tbsp to mug of boiling water.

I agree! there aren't enough stars to give for this recipe.What a wonderful drink.I used non fat coffee mate, and splenda. My coffee was decaf so I can have it later in the evening.I had made up a cocoa mix I found somewhere,(maybe even here) and I used it. Oh my! Why do cappucino the hard way when this is s simple and so delicious??? Mine still 'froths' some, also. thank you so much for this special recipe. I certainly see why you gave it away for christmas. I might do the same this year. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Update.... I substituted about 3 times as much pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon and nutmeg, and oh my! Its so close to starbucks pumpkin spice latte in taste.

Can't we give 10 stars? I made this the other day for a pick me up for myself. It is fabulous. I am making another batch to take to my office as the ladies that work there are wonderful and love coffee. This will be a great gift for them to share and give them a pick me up for the office. Not to mention that is is a feel good coffee. Thank you again. I used Swiss Miss with mini marhmallows ground all together with the coffee to break up the marshmallows and it made it super creamy! mmmmmm
